Children under 2 years old are considered babies and do not pay as guests. From 2 years up to 12, they are considered children and pay as such. From 13 years old they count as an adult and pay the full price. Always remember to inform the age of the children when making your reservation. In no case may minors (up to 18 years old) stay without the guardianship of an adult.

Yes, in the case of hotel guests, we offer one free parking space throughout the stay. For guests in the restaurant, the price will be Q.15 per hour. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Guests are allowed to visit the room. However, for overnight stays beyond the capacity of each room, there will be an extra person surcharge.

The electricity is at 120 volts / 60 hertz.

Induction cookers are available at most of our suites, with the exception of the Junior Suite.

Yes, all rooms have an iron and ironing board located inside the closet.

We want to reassure you that we maintain strict security protocols and staff 24/7.

The hotel does not allow in-room massages from outside service providers.

Our acrylic-bottom swimming pool is located on the third floor. The maximum depth of the pool is 1.4 meters or 4.6 feet.

Yes, we offer luggage storage free of charge. Hotel Vista Quince reserves the right to deny the storage of suspicious items.

Please note that additional charges are applicable for linen stains and other cleaning or damages caused intentionally or unintentionally. Penalties vary depending on the severity of the damage. These include but are not limited to, cleaning, repair, or replacement charges for stained walls, vomit, blood, and food stain on linens, and broken furniture and fittings.

Our Concierge and the front desk will be delighted to assist you with your flight information, reconfirmation, and airline schedules.

Airport transportation is $10 per way per person. Please book the shuttle in advance in order to accommodate your transportation through our front desk staff.

Depending on the package that you booked it can have the breakfast included, which will count as one per bed. If the reservation does not have breakfast included you can contact us to add it to the reservation as it will be cheaper than booking at the property!
